Mason Proper

Mason Proper are a quintet from Alpena, Michigan. The band is singer Jonathan Visger, keyboardist Matt Thompson, bassist Zac Fineberg, guitarist Brian Konicek and drummer Garrett Jones.

I discovered them last year when I heard Wallpaper's remix of "Safe for the Time Being". Wallpaper are a production team from Oakland California.

I revisited the original this morning and realized the intro sounds similar to the beginning from Aloud's remix of Modjo's "What I Mean", one of my favorites.
